Has anyone seen Potter?

We live on 28th St in Church Hill and came home, the night of Nov 29th, to an open fence and 1 of our 2 dogs missing.

Potter is a small sheppherd mix (about 40 lbs). He currently has a horrible skin infection from which he is recovering and looks like a wild dog. He has many healing lesions on his head, neck, and back and is on antibiotics, steroids, and medicated shampoo for them. He has pointed ears, a curled tail, and is extremely mild tempered.
We need to find and bring him home to resume his medication, as soon as possible!
