@1 – Any reason why that someone can’t be you?
I have a prior engagement. I can’t be everywhere.
Scott: I will bring up the minimum water rate–as well as my support of the James River. I hope others will join me in supporting this magnificent City resource.
Bill Conkle, thank you and please post back what information and/or feed back you got, if any. Many thanks.
Thing was very carefully orchestrated and about the only ‘audience’ input permitted was via pushing a button to ‘vote’ or filling out an index card. The only folks who spoke were city employees or one of the contractors employed to run these meetings. I thought one of the most interesting things was a poster, the first one just inside the auditorium, stating that Richmond is a Tier I city with a AAA bond rating…there was no explanation that this might be what the city administration plans or hopes for, just Richmond, Tier I, and AAA. WTF?
