Can you ID this hit&run Jeep?

My car was in a hit and run on Thursday, June 27 at around 9 in the morning at the intersection of N 22 and E Leigh Street.

A group of construction workers witnessed the incident. They said a yellow/gold Jeep Patriot with VA plates turned onto N 22 from E Leigh and ran into the back of my silver car. They ripped the bumper off and sped away. The witnesses said that they have seen the car before so it is very likely that this person lives or works in the area.

The Jeep might have some scuffs or damage on the front passenger’s side.
