Man shot on Q Street, 2 arrested

Two men were arrested after shooting a man on the 2700 block of Q Street last night:
Richmond police Capt. Paul Kiniry said the victim, struck in the groin, was taken to VCU Medical Center after the 5:22 p.m. shooting to be treated for injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.
