Shooting victim turns out to be wanted felon

Around 3 p.m. Sunday, Trevon Bugg was shot in the groin while in the 900 block of N. 20th St. in Church Hill. Emergency crews rushed Bugg to VCU Medical. Because police say he had several felony warrants, officers served the warrants at the hospital.
