Can anyone help these students get physicals?

Each child receiving the sports physical must bring a completed and signed (parent/guardian) current School Physical Exam form at the time of the exam. Physicals cannot be completed if the form is not complete, including immunization information. I have an electronic copy of the current Physical Exam form if you need it. Or you can stop by my office at the Family Resource Center (2405 Jefferson Ave.) for a hard copy.

If those things don’t work out, I check into avenues of how I can help (I am an internist, so i don’t deal with children normally…but I am also a soon to be mentor at MLK). Depending on logistics, volunteer medical help/malpractice should be covered under Virginia state law….or I could see how I could maybe get the BonSecour care-a-van to cover me to do the physicals….
