Heh.
The untold part of this is that the TV is 2 doors up and the new owner put the box next to someone else’s trash can. Gotta live smart in the Hill.
if thts a 50″ TV box, surely that house has nicer things to go with it…….THIS IS A SURE INVITE TO BREAK INTO SOMEONES HOME…at least wait until trash day, better yet, should be recycling!!!
This is the hill…we burn all of our valuable consumer packaging. Duh.
Nobody will steal an Emerson TV…nobody

Dude, it’s an Emerson. Even the thieves will leave that behind.
Tsk, Tsk, that box should be in the recycling not the trash.
#9’s comment for the win! But, seriously, people still do this sort of thing?!
By the same token, is it responsible to post this publicly on this forum?

If you’ll note in the picture, the location where it was taken *IS NOT* shown. Look more carefully before you comment.
@Isac Croach – also note that the box is technically already thrown away. A good neighbor would have broken down his own box instead of leaving it junking up the street.
@Thornley
Judging by sun shadow, this is an alley that runs East/West. Throw in an old style trash can with no lid and I could find this location in a day if I really wanted to.
I think our point is this image shouldn’t be posted in a public forum like this – contributes nothing and only invites possible trouble.
@Ted, Isaac Crouch & etc.:
OK, one last try…
Please see comment #5, and then just let go of my pantleg with your little snarling teeth.
The effect of comment #5 is achievable without a picture on a public website. That is my argument.
This was actually the site of a break-in and the tv was stolen. However, the box did not get put in the alley until after the break-in. Some times you just can’t win. The house now has a burglar alarm and a motion light in the back.
