Church Hill Holiday House Tour

The 2013 Holiday House Tour is the perfect outing to inspire the holiday spirit!
Ten restored historic homes from the mid-1800’s to the turn of the century are beautifully decorated and offer a variety of interiors from classic to contemporary. Visitors will stroll down our cobblestone streets into the past with horse drawn carriages and carolers in period costume.

Tickets: $20 in advance/ $25 the day of the tour. Purchase online at Churchhill.org or at any of these fine establishments: WPA Bakery, Hill Cafe, Patrick Henry, Capt Buzzy’s and Hampton House at 5807 Patterson

City Council Formal Meeting

Mon Dec 9 6:00 pm
Every 2nd and 4th Mon – Responsible for deciding official Council action, which includes discussing, adopting, rejecting, and amending laws and approving the budget. Formal meetings include a time for pubic comment and are televised live on the local PBS station and are replayed in Richmond on Government Access Channel 17, beginning at Noon and 7:00 p.m. daily.

Frequency
Typically the second and fourth Monday of each month; 6:00-8:30 p.m. (With the exception of August, when no Formal meetings are held, and holidays)

Friends of Jefferson Park presents Festival Brass

With warmer weather on the way, sometimes it’s hard to make it to the gym. We get it. That’s why we’re moving the fun outdoors. Starting in May we’ll offer TRX & Yoga in the Park.

Yoga / 1st and 3rd TUES of each month at 7PM
TRX / 2nd and 4th SAT of each month at 9AM

If you’re a member at Richmond Balance it’s FREE! Punch cards are welcome. Don’t have a membership or a punch card? No worries, the drop-in price is $5 per class.
