The empty lot at the very end of Princess Anne Avenue (1906 Princess Anne Ave) is for sale for $100,000.
I have heard from a reliable realtor in the area that there is an easement prohibiting construction on that parcel.
Someone clarify please
The last home on that row has a driveway with a fenced yard & buildings on it’s West side. Where is this lot???
