2013 Property Transfers in the 7th District
02/12/2014 10:04 AM by John M
The City’s Assessor’s Office has a record of all of the property transfers in Richmond last year. There were 977 transfers recorded in the East End/7th District in 2013, though a certain number are described as “Other Invalid Sale”.
It looks like the largest sale of the year was the transfer of the multi-unit Villas of Oakwood condominiums in April for $8,277,701. Other high dollar sales include 2400 East Main Street for $6,625,000 and 2500 East Broad Street (and associated parking lots) for $2,446,617.
The high end of the single-family market was the sale of 2813 East Grace Street for $579,000, while the lowest sale price looks to be 1624 North 28th Street for $4,500.
