Child among three shot in Fulton

Richmond police Lt. Daniel Minton said police officers were nearby when they heard multiple gunshots at the corner of Government Road and Carlisle Avenue in the city’s East End.
The victims include a child under the age of 10 and two adults in their 20s, Minton said.
Hope Lt. Dan & the other Officers get their hands on the d-bag(s) responsible asap. Harming a child is on the top of the “Instant Karma” list, and is negligence at its very worst.
What a shocker, someone pulling a trigger and not caring who gets in the way of a bullet. I’m shocked, I tell you, SHOCKED.
