Houses on Carrington, 24th Street facing demolition

The city’s Commissioner of Buildings Douglas H. Murrow issued Notice of Pending Demolition of Imminent Hazard to Public Safety for three houses this morning:
- 2411 Carrington Street (above)(PREVIOUSLY)
- 1216 North 24th Street (below left)(PREVIOUSLY)
- 1218 North 24th Street (below right)
The Carrington Street house is owned by the adjacent Shiloh Baptist Church, who had proposed demolishing the house in May of 2013. The church has owned the house since 2002.

Do they ever actually get around to demolishing these properties? I remember a couple that got the same notice last year and are still standing.
