Hoops for Health and Healthy Living Festival set for Boys and Girls Club

The 2014 Hoops for Health and Healthy Living Festival at the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club on R Street will be Saturday, April 26. The day will feature a 3-on-3 basketball tournament for girls and boys in grades 6-8.
To sign up for the 3-on-3 tournament, download the entry form and return it to Hugh Jones at The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club at 3701 R Street by April 11 or email it to HoopsForHealth3on3@gmail.com.
If your non-profit organization is interested in being a part of the festival, contact Sue Kindred at kindredspirit50@gmail.com to receive more information or sign-up to attend the healthy living festival.
This is a great event, not just for the youth, but the whole community. If you know anyone who may be interested in playing, let them know, and if you’re around, you should at least peek in.
