Today’s object from our collection is this 1855 daguerreotype that displays a view of Richmond from Church Hill. It is made of leather, fabric, silver, copper and glass. The measurements are: 6″H x 4.75″W x .75″D (case); 3.5″H x 4.75″W (image).
