The agenda for the May 5 meeting of the City Planning Commission has 2 items of local interest:
Ord. No. 2014-100 To accept a deed from the School Board conveying 1611 North 31st Street to the City and to authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to act on behalf of the City in executing such deed.
Ord. No. 2014-106 To authorize the special use of the property known as 404 North 23rd Street for the purposes of office use and one (1) single-family dwelling, upon certain terms and conditions.
TAGGED: Richmond Planning Commission
It appears that the single family home on 23rd St. has a wellness center downstairs…and while I definitely could use a wellness center at my house, I am curious if this is indeed a single family home. Maybe I didn’t read the docs correctly.
