This morning on Venable Street…

Wearing a blue wig, on the street near his tennies, and a white cloth wrapped like a diaper under a loin-cloth-like skirt of black, this man is about to be loaded into a police van.

While it’s an interesting picture, I’m not sure it’s a good idea to post this with a conviction or any details of what happened. The picture seems to imply guilt.
wait…that oufit is bad, but criminal???
Hey I drove past there this morning and this is what I heard being conversated-
Ive put it in captions….
Women officer: (pointing) “Hold still, whatcha got in your pants?.”
Perp: “you cant handle it, (holding out his hands) its this big.”
Male officer: (shaking his head with his hands crossed) “Hell nawz, she can’t handle that shi…”
Yeah, What did he do? I agree with Alex and Gordo. It’s not illegal to have poor taste or make stupid decisions. My first thought was he probably lives in a group home for people that need daily help for whatever reason.
i think it’s an opportunity for a caption contest….just sayin’.
It’s not a he. It’s Solange Knowles.
In light of what Lt. Dan said this really is tasteless to have up. It’s a mental health issue that shouldn’t be broadcast to the neighborhood.
The problem on Venable this morning was that he WAS broadcasting to the neighborhood, including a school bus.
Just. Weirdness. I assume they aren’t just arresting him (? – not that it really matters – ?) for *looking* like a prostitute in a diaper?
Kudos to Tara Bagby! Despite some comments here that the poor guy did nothing but dress and act weird, Ms. Bagby, knowing more, certainly did the right thing.
