The agenda for the May 19 meeting of the City Planning Commission has 1 item of local interest:
Ord. No. 2014-106 To authorize the special use of the property known as 404 North 23rd Street for the purposes of office use and one (1) single-family dwelling, upon certain terms and conditions.

This will be a welcome addition to an already outstanding, cozy little block between Church Hill proper and Union Hill. The neighbors that are collaborating to build this are going to do it right!
