Seen this stolen bike?

Another day, another bike theft… This time from the 700 block of Chimborazo:
The bike is a 2009 Schwinn Volare. The frame is white and blue. The bike was in pretty good condition, has a rusty bike rack over the back tire, two bike lights, and a bike lock holder below the seat that prevents the seat from fully lowering (though of course these things may have been removed).
