EDI will be one of two city polling locations for Democratic caucus

The East District Initiative building at 701 North 25th Street will be one of only two polling location in the city for the August 9th Democratic caucus to select that party’s candidate to replace the retiring Senator Henry Marsh.
There are 4 candidates vying for the nomination:
- Delegate Delores L. McQuinn (D-Richmond),
- Delegate Rosalyn R. Dance (D-Petersburg),
- Former Richmond Mayor Rudy McCollum,
- and Richmond businesswoman Gerry J. Rawlinson
Businessman and restauranteur Preston Brown has announced that he will run in November as an independent candidate.
Not to be a nuisance, but the marker in the map appears to be on the wrong side of the street! May just be a google / mapping software quirk, and I’m sure people will figure out where to go, anyhow.
