New house proposed for vacant lot on Broad Street

A letter has been sent to nearby neighbors of 3404 East Broad Street giving notification that a variance is being sought which would allow a house to be constructed on the empty lot.
The variance is being sought as the proposed design does not meet setback requirements under the current zoning. A side yard of three feet is required; the proposed design only has a two foot setback along property line with 3406 East Broad Street.
