This guy is getting to be Fulton famous…

A stay dog came up to me in Fulton Hill today. He was a black dog, intact male, probably around 9 months old. He was friendly and playful with me, but was a little antagonistic with my dog. It seemed like he came from lower Fulton. He had on a dark blue collar that had white bones. Attached was a short leash-type thing. No tags.
Looks like a broken leash. Bringing this back up in case someone recognizes him.
Any word on this pup getting home — or re-homed? So cute.
