Armstrong kicks off season with 43-6 win over TJ

The Armstrong Wildcats romped 43-6 over TJ in their 2014 season opener last night. The win, the Wildcats 9th over TJ since 2004, moves the Wildcats to 1-0 on the new season.
Running back Andre Mack had six carries for 100 yards and a touchdown against Thomas Jefferson. De’Shaun Waller had a pair of touchdowns for the Wildcats as well. Nigel Chavis and Kyle Jacobs also had a total of six sacks and 24 tackles to keep Thomas Jefferson to only six points.
Next up for Armstrong (1-0) is another home game this Friday (9/12 7PM) with John Marshall (0-1).
