Armstrong womps Marshall 50-20

Congratulations to the Armstrong Wildcats for its 50 to 20 thrashing of John Marshall. JM started out strong but the Mighty Wildcats overpowered the inJustices.
Offensively the team amassed 447 yards rushing. Deshaun Waller led the way with 148 yards and 1 TD; Nigel Chavis had 131 yards and 4 TDs; Andre Mack had 115 yards and 1 TD and DeVonta Jackson had 47 yards and 1 TD.
Defensively, Kyle Jacobs had 9 tackles and 3 sacks and Nigel Chavis had 6 tackles and 2 sacks.
Nigel Chavis also had a blocked punt.
The MVPs of the game goes to the O Line. You can’t get almost 500 yards rushing without the big boys up front.
Next up is another home game at 7PM this Friday as the Wildcats (2-0) host the Colonial Heights Colonials (2-0). The Colonials lost all their games last year but have started off 2-0 in 2014 with wins over TJ and Park View.
