Missing this girl’s bicycle?

Just wanted to write you to let you know about a children’s /girl’s bicycle which was found at one of our rental properties. It was found in a courtyard/light well between two buildings.

Rather strange because few or no children actually live nearby, far as we know. It has been taken to the police department to be held until someone claims it. Perhaps someone might recognize it, even if they haven’t reported it stolen yet?
