The kitten is now at Richmond Animal Control on Chamberlayne. They named her Phoebe & her ID # is 42553. She is super sweet, smaller than a squirrel and used the litter box her first night off the streets! Has white paws and a white belly. Hoping she gets to a good home.

Has anyone called Animal Control to see if she got adopted? Many animals don’t make it out of there.
