Assessed at $24,000 for 2015 ($20,000 land, $4,000 building). Owned since 2002 by the estate of Samuel Jackson. Recent value peaked in 2009 at $107,300.
Is in the Union Hill Historic District and the Church Hill Central Neighborhoods in Bloom area.

This is an extremely dangerous structure. I almost never say this but this should be torn down. Glad you brought this to the attention of the public.
Someone at the tax assessor’s office must think it is worth something !?!? But the vines will tear the brick apart with their roots. Definitely older than 1920 (another generic date the city uses) as I find an ad for renting the house in 1892.
