Beer Thirty
2709 Williamsburg Road
I havent been there yet, but I’ll try to get over there this weekend and report back.
How could you not want to go to a place named “Beer Thirty”??? And karaoke!!
I lived on last block of E Broad in the early 80s; roommates & I used to go to Hudson Brothers for Thanksgiving in the AM before family stuff. THOSE were the best Thanksgivings ever………….
@1 Rob, I remember Hudson Bros. Didn’t remember it being at this location, but if you say so, I agree. Late seventies, or maybe eighties? There was also a trailer somewhere out East Main St. that served wonderful fried bologna burgers.
@Juliellen Sarver
So true
I drive down Williamsburg road for entertainment when I’m bored….
I miss Yesterdays Restaurant which is what it was before this. They had great food.
Interested in coming out to see double clutch. Do we need a reservation? Any cover charge? Thanks for info.
I opened and ran Yesterdays in that building for 13 years. It was a Hudson Brothers location when we bought it and renovated. Hudsons had another location somewhere in the city. Glad you liked the food at Yesterday’s – we enjoyed being there.
Hudson Brothers was at 33rd and Marshall Streets,
just diagonal to Chimborazo Elementary School
I know I went to school there,and to Hudson Brothers for soda.
it also use to be Yesterdays Restaurant not to long ago!
