Council meets Monday to set leadership, Stone agreement

City Council meets Monday, January 5, for a Special Organizational Meeting to appointment the Council President and Vice-President. Michelle Mosby (9th District) is expected to become Council President, with Chris Hilbert (3rd District) moving to as Vice President.
They will convene a Special Council Meeting immediately afterward solely to amend and continue Ord. No. 2014-254 which authorizes the Stone Brewery Cooperation Agreement between the City of Richmond and the Economic Development Authority of the City of Richmond.
