Don’t let your dog drink the antifreeze at Chimborazo

Lori has a word of warning:
Wanted to alert any pet owners of a noticeable green puddle of antifreeze along the back road of upper Chimborazo Park. The City is sending out Street Cleaning to address the hazard but please keep your pets safe and away from this area in the meantime to avoid any danger !
The location is between the Round House and the Powhatan Rock (big area but not sure of a landmark closer to describe) and in the middle of the asphalt road — very noticeble once you are close to it.
Dogs and cats are attracted to the smell of anti-freeze, and so lap it up if a vehicle spills coolant (sounds like what happened here). The bigger threat to animals is when car owners change coolant in their vehicles and just leave the old stuff sitting out in a pan or bucket.
Kudos to Lori for arranging to get this cleaned up!
