I wonder, what ever happened to the Youth Challengers halfway house, or R-Cap? I also thought the comment about “Mafia Syndicates” was interesting. After the Mob wars and federal RICO convictions of the 80s the media made it seem as if the mob had lost its teeth. I doubt its true though.

One block off nine mile and 29th street, going towards Chimbo park
Several dealers in Creighton and mosby
There’s a little small scene off Chimbo blvd near the 700 block or so

Where to buy in 2015…what about those 3 intersections behind Chimborazoo Elementary school? Guys seem to move around. When they’re there, observed many illegal actions.
