MLK set to become first and only inner-city middle school cycling team in the country

Richmond Cycling Corps today announced a full sponsor of the new MLK Middle School cycling team:

We are honored, excited, and grateful to announce that Ukrop’s Dress Express will be supporting Richmond Cycling Corps’ expansion efforts into Martin Luther King Middle School. Ukrop’s Dress Express’ sponsorship funded all jerseys, additional race bicycles, helmets, other needed equipment and staff to launch the nation’s first and only inner-city middle school cycling team.

RCC hopes to build on the successes achieved by the Armstrong Cycling Team, the nation’s only inner-city high school cycling.
