Man shot on Ambrose Street

richmond.com is reporting an early morning shooting in Whitcomb Court:
After receiving a call around 6:40 a.m., Richmond police responded to the 2300 block of Ambrose Street and Whitcomb Court where they found a black man with multiple gunshot wounds laying on the sidewalk.
Richmond Police Lt. Jody Blackwell says the man was conscious when police arrived on the scene, however his injuries are considered life threatening.
