I thought I ate outside there last week?? Our pups were with us, so I hope we weren’t mistakenly inside …
The way I understand it is that right now they have a patio where you can take your food and drink, if you want. Establishing outside dining means there would be wait service on the patio and some permanent fixtures for drink refills, etc.
I’m sort of struggling to understand why this is a big deal…
… but I’m sure someone will enlighten me. (I’m not being sarcastic, so…be gentle? Is this a noise concern? Are neighbors afraid of ants? What’s the deal?)
@Alli – I think this means that they would be able to then offer ABC outside.
My complaint with this place is that the coffee is terrible. I have tried it several times, thinking maybe it was an off day. I wish they would change brands or something.
As one of their closest neighbors, it is definitely not a big deal for me. I welcome it and I hope the patio stays jammed full of people.
I’m with you on that Kathleen! (#7) I live on Marshall on the next block and this can’t happen soon enough…
