City Council to consider mixed-use on 32nd Street, transfer of 3 vacant lots and vacant house

Ord. No. 2015-98 (Patron: Mayor Jones, By Request) – To authorize the special use of the property known as 320 North 32nd Street for the purpose of a mixed-use development, upon certain terms and conditions.
Ord. No. 2015-106 (Patron: Mayor Jones) – To declare that a public necessity exists and to authorize the Chief Administrative Officer or the designee thereof, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to acquire, at a tax delinquent judicial sale, the property located at 1114 North 26th Street and to authorize the conveyance of such property for $1.00 to Elderhomes Corporation for the purposes of eliminating blight and making such property available for redevelopment.
Ord. No. 2015-107 (Patron: Mayor Jones) – To declare that a public necessity exists and to authorize the Chief Administrative Officer or the designee thereof, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to acquire, at a tax delinquent judicial sale, the property located at 1207 North 27th Street and to authorize the conveyance of such property for $1.00 to Elderhomes Corporation for the purposes of eliminating blight and making such property available for redevelopment.
Ord. No. 2015-108 (Patron: Mayor Jones) – To declare that a public necessity exists and to authorize the Chief Administrative Officer or the designee thereof, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to acquire, at a tax delinquent judicial sale, the property located at 1208 North 33rd Street and to authorize the conveyance of such property for $1.00 to Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity, Inc. for the purposes of eliminating blight and making such property available for redevelopment.
Ord. No. 2015-109 (Patron: Mayor Jones) – To declare that a public necessity exists and to authorize the Chief Administrative Officer or the designee thereof, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to acquire, at a tax delinquent judicial sale, the property located at 1425 North 20th Street and to authorize the conveyance of such property for $1.00 to Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity, Inc. for the purposes of eliminating blight and making such property available for redevelopment.
