Oakwood/Chimborazo Clean-up set for next weekend

Sat, June 13th – 9:00A to Noon. Chimborazo and Oakwood Neighborhood clean-ups.
Meet at the triangular park (the James Christian Jr. Place) at the intersections of Chimborazo, Oakwood and P Streets. Pick up cleaning supplies, water and a snack and join your friends, neighbors and the Police Department to clean up our community. The City will be providing a regular trash truck and identified locations of bulk items will be picked up the following week. We want our neighborhoods to be ready for the 2015 UCI World Championship Biking races coming in September.

Sat, June 20th – 10:00A to 2:00P. The quarterly City-wide E-cycling and shredding event will be held at Chimborazo Park, sponsored by the Clean City Commission. For more information on this and other activities of the Commission check out this link. http://www.richmondgov.com/CommissionCleanCity
