Man shot on Carlisle Avenue

Police are investigating a Wednesday night shooting that left one man with life-threatening injuries in the 1700 block of Carlisle Avenue.
Officers were in the area when they received a call about shots being fired. They were able to stop a vehicle leaving the scene.
