Hit and run on Grace Street

One of our cars was sideswiped this afternoon, Tuesday, between the hours of 3:30-4:45. The damage is significant. The car was parked between two vehicles that were not damaged.

I heard the impact and first thought the vehicle ran over something and hit a slight dip in the road. I went outside to check and saw what seemed to be a dark (brown?) sedan/larger vehicle speeding east on E. Grace St. They must have scrapes and dents along the front passenger side with light green paint from our car, and a possibility of shards of glass from our sideview mirror.

Because nothing seemed out of place from our vantage point, the damage wasn’t discovered until 6:25. A police report has been filed.
