Chocolatier Kelly Walker is carrying on her family’s century-old tradition of making chocolates and confections.
She learned the art of making chocolate 20 years ago from her grandmother, who was taught the craft by her mother. Walker’s great-grandmother made chocolates and confections in the grand lobby of the legendary Wanamaker’s department store, now Macy’s, in Philadelphia.
