Small mixed breed (pekingese/chihuahua/shih tzu???) dog lost from Carlisle Ave near Government Road in Richmond. She is missing a lot of her hair and is wearing a pink and green bandana. She was just rescued from a shelter yesterday and is very nervous around new people and dogs. She may come to you if you sit down and talk to her. Name is Carlee, but she does not know it.
