Wildcats fall to Confederates in 2nd straight shut-out

The Armstrong Wildcats (2-3) fell 43-0 to the Lee-Davis Confederates (4-0)(#53 in the state) for the team’s 2nd lopsided loss in as many weeks. The Confederates scored 14 points in each of the 1st three quarters, but were held scoreless in the 4th.
Next up for Armstrong is another road game this coming Friday (10/9) at 7:00 PM at Henrico (4-0)(#23 in the state). The undefeated Warriors have outscored their opponents 151-19 through 4 games.
