Man approaches woman, offers $500 for “special attention”

Around 9:40 this morning, a female CHAT staff worker was approached by a man in a silver, 2-door luxury car near the intersection of P and Chimborazo. A black male, in his 30’s, with a short, low-cut beard and black shirt called out to her and persistently if she needed any help. She said no and gave short answers until he left.

He drove off, then returned to pressure her until she took his card, which said “K.I.S.S.I.N.G iNC., Keeping It Simple Sexy Internal New and Generous”. He drove off once more, then drove back and said, “I have $500 if you need any special attention.” When she said no, he showed her the money, and said, “What about $600?” After resisting more, he drove away.

This has been reported to the police, but I wanted you to know so that the community can watch to ensure no one else finds them in a similar situation.
