Driver flees on foot after police chase

WTVR has a wee bit on an overnight police chase in the neighborhood:
The chase began early Thursday morning and ended on North 29th Street in Church Hill, when the driver crashed in a grassy field.
Police sources then said the driver then fled on foot.
