I ‘m pretty sure that’s my cat. He’s currently sitting in my lap and I assure you he has plenty to eat at home. I am actually surprised to see him eating dry food, he is so picky with us. His name is Pepper, if he comes to visit again. He was a stray that we rescued from a storm drain when he was just a kitten.
