Bike polo on M Street

The long-running Turducken bike polo tournament hits Richmond this weekend, with matches in Randolph and Church Hill. Half of the teams will be playing at 29th and M Street on Saturday, with all the teams mixing it up in double elimination game play on Sunday at Petronius Jones Park in Randolph.

Church Hill Walking Tour

Church Hill is the oldest neighborhood in Richmond. You will meander through streets lined with beautiful late 18th and 19th century architecture; see St. John’s Episcopal Church where Patrick Henry proclaimed “Give me liberty, or give me death!” in 1775; and view stunning vistas of the City of Richmond. You will also hear about the eccentric cast of characters who make up the fabric of Colonial, Federal, and antebellum Richmond.
The tour lasts approximately 1.5 – 2 hours. It meets in front of St. Johns Church on 25th& Broad St. No need to reserve a spot, just show up!
$20/adults; $15/Seniors/Students; $5 for teens (12-17);$0 for kids
