You hear anything on 28th Street?

I live in the 100 block of N 28th street, near Libby Park. Last night, at 11:45, I was woken up by what sounded like a commotion outside, a woman shouting, or talking super loudly to someone (?), and then a few minutes later I heard her screaming “Get away from me, get away from me!” over and over, seriously it sounded like she was screaming for her life, so I called the police. It was terrifying, because it sounded like an attempted abduction. Did anyone else hear this, or know anything??
