- 2121 E. Marshall Street – Rehabilitate front porch by replacing the tin roof awith flat seam copper roofing and rebuilding the stairs
- 2224 Jefferson Avenue – Construct a carport at the rear of an existing structure
- 506 N. 23rd Street – Construct a trellis at the rear of the property
- 2413 Carrington Street – Construct a new duplex with a new two story garage
- 2201 E. Franklin Street – Rehabilitate a former tobacco warehouse to include new openings and new windows, entrances, and storefront
- 2705 E. Franklin Street – Install front doors to create an entrance vestibule
- 3420 E. Marshall Street – Rehabilitate exterior of home and enclose existing rear and side porch

@Eric – it fits Fairmount, there’s some number of existing houses back in there with a similar roof design. There are maybe 2 on the 1100 block of 23rd, and a good looking newer house by BHC at 23rd and R that may have an identical facade to what is proposed here.
@2 Why do you complain about a mixed use development not providing parking and then turn around and complain about a duplex providing parking?
@4 I think @2 is just getting a little stir crazy being home from work today. Why would anyone care about a garage being built behind a house on Carrington? Is this the current state of nameless internet smack talk?
