Slideshow: Then and Now

I was asked by a few people to share out my presentation from the Building Community Info Feast last night at Peter Paul Development Center. It’s a 4 1/2 minute slideshow of first photos from the 1950s and 1960s, and then a series of before/after photos from the past 15 years or so.
Source photos are from Virginia Film Commission, the Edith Shelton collection at the Valentine, Cameron Holmes, and my own library.

Great show. Love the Viaduct picture I haven’t seen before that shows how it use to run to the MCV campus. Just wish our house was a part of it but not sure if pre restoration photos from the 1980s are available? Wonder if the HRF has any?
