- 900 N. 25th Street – Rehabilitate the front porch by replacing the columns and railing
- 2114 E. Leigh Street – Install new porch railings on the front and rear porches at a higher height

Not so Belle Vue after this thing goes in…
I really like the design of the clay street houses. The devil’s im the details (which don’t always render well In digital/computer aided drawings), but the basic shape and layout seems like a good blend of traditional style with a modern floor plan. Curious to see what the neighbors and CAR think
It’s going in next to the Bellevue dumpsters so the view from that location isn’t ideal.
