Delegate Delores McQuinn will be hosting a town hall discussion on the restoration of voting rights in Virginia this evening at the Thirty First Street Baptist Church (823 North 31st Street) at 6:30 PM. Governor McAuliffe is expected to be part of the discussion this evening.
