Poll has Stoney as frontrunner in mayoral contest

The results of our 1st totally non-scientific but still hopefully informative poll on the coming mayoral election show Levar Stoney with a good chance of becoming Richmond’s next mayor.

Remember, a candidate has to win 5 of the 9 districts outright to win the election. If this does not happen, a run off election between the two candidates receiving the most total votes would be held in December.

The poll ran from June 2 – June 16, 2016. There were 410 results, of which 393 were deemed to be valid (ie delete “My Nutz” and “Your Mom”). The results are available here as a Google Fusion table.
